you may:
repost on any site with credit & links back to my social media
re-sell for the purchase price or less *
make minor edits to the design (slight pattern alterations, minor color edits, name change, etc)
trade the character *
gift the character
make nsfw of the character*
you may not:
repost without credit
repost with my signature removed in any way
claim the art, design, or concept as your own
use the character, art, design, or concept in an original work if it makes a profit*
use the character, art, design, or concept in a commerical work*
sell for more than the purchase price
change the design to be unrecognizable as the original character / make major edits to the character
use any piece of the art for NFTs (non-fungible tokens)
use any piece of the art to train AI

Commision Information
General
Comes with a simple background if the piece is Flats/Rendered in the form of a colorblock. Can be a circle, square, rectangle, triangle, etc, in a complementary color.You will be updated periodically with sketches to confirm that you like the pose/expression/etc, Will make changes in this stage whenever you'd like.Once lines are on, I'll send you a watermarked copy for further edits. I will edit up to three(3) times in this stage.If you're getting colors, I'll do the same as above with the same restrictions.For fully rendered pieces, I will change things once or twice if, for instance, you have issues with the color of the shading/highlights, but no edits to the lineart or flats can be made at this time.Payments can be made through Ko-Fi.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing that you have read and agree to the following terms.
SECTION I . IMAGE COPYRIGHT
1.) I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.2.) All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited. If you have any questions about this, ask me before commissioning me.3.) Conditions for Reposting:
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given, my social media (twitter, ko-fi, or twitch) is linked, and my watermark or signature remains intact and unaltered.
4.) Prohibited Actions
Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission beforehand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.
Use my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Using any part of the artwork for NFTs (non-fungible tokens).
Using commissioned pieces to train any AI program.
5.) If these terms are broken, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me and reported through the appropriate avenues.
SECTION II . PAYMENT INFORMATION
1.) I accept payment in USD. Payment will be taken via Ko-Fi's Commission service. Do NOT Donate to my Ko-Fi for payment unless I specifically specify you to do so. This is applicable during emergency or donation commissions.2.) You will be given 24 hours to pay after a quote and confirmation is given. Non-payment within 24 hours will result in the commission being cancelled. Progress up to this point, if any, will be scrapped, re-purposed as a YCH, or be put up as an Adoptable.3.) It is the commissioner's responsibility to alert me when the payment has been sent. If you fail to tell me that you've sent the payment within 24 hours - and I'm aware I haven't received it - then the 24 hour payment term applies to you.4.) Refund Policy
If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.
If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion.
No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.
The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.
SECTION III . CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION
1.) Discussion of commissions can be conducted on twitter, through my email, or on discord if you have my #.2.) Visual Reference Guidelines
Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character.
If unable to provide a clear reference (in situations where we are designing together, or you simply do not have art for it), then any kind of doodle will do.
Yes, even if you just open MSPaint and scribble something, or provide me with a Picrew example of what you're looking for.
If you link to a gallery of your character’s artwork, I cannot promise your design will be done with 100% accuracy. Design interpretations may be inconsistent between images and lessen my ability to accurately draw your character. Shading on potential pieces will also play a part in this.
SECTION IV . WILL/WON'T DRAW
1.) Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw. Please keep my art style in mind when ordering, as I tend to draw in an anime style with cel shading. Examples of my work can be found on my twitter. If you're looking for realism, please find another artist.2.) Will do:

3.) Won't Do:
Hateful Content (nazi or soviet imagery, transphobic/homophobic content, racist content, etc.)

4.) You must be over the age of 18 to commission adult content. As a United States citizen I abide by United States laws. Breaking this rule is extremely serious and will result in blacklisting/blocking on all social media, email, and any other means of contact. By ordering anything 18+/NSFW you are agreeing that you are at or above the age of 18.
SECTION V . WORKFLOW AND PROGRESS
1.) I do my best work when I'm allowed creative freedom. Though I am happy to match specific poses or scenes that you're seeking, there is likely to be a bit of variation.2.) Estimated date of completion. If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer.
Completion of most commissions are generally estimated to take no more than roughly a month.
If, for any reason, I cannot complete a commission within 6 months of ordering, I will issue a full refund.
3.) Works in Progress (WIPS). Certain commission types may or may not include a sketch approval stage. (For example, Headshots/Icons likely won't.) I will send any wips to the commissioner through whichever method the initial contact was made with. Progress will be paused until the sketch is confirmed.4.) Revisions and edits. If the commission type includes a sketch approval stage, any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose or body shape, redrawing parts of the image, or making additions such as more characters or a background.
If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, and past the stated number of revisions, a price for the edits may be discussed.
If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.
5.) If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me when you order. There are some that I will not be posting on my twitter regardless, such as NSFW commissions.6.) If you want me to anonymize you when I post your commission online, you must tell me when you order.Thank you very much for considering me for your art piece!
